Hobart Disposer Selector Chart
A Disposer
installed in each work station, in addition to the soiled
dish table unit, provides the maximum of convenience and
sanitation. Foodwaste is ground and flushed through the
drain lines instead of accumulating ... eliminating handling
and storage of filed garbage containers.
The Selector
Chart is based on disposing of average foodwaste mix. 1/2lb.
food waste/person/meal should be used as a guide. If the mix
will include a large percentage of bones or other hard
materials, specify a larger model disposers or additional
units.
